As a general guideline, Cactus Trail Ranch asks buyers to allow up to one week for shipping arrangements. In many cases, horses can be delivered within three to five business days depending on location. We prefer to set clear and realistic expectations to ensure a smooth and stress-free process for every buyer. We work with experienced and dependable transporters, many of whom we have built long-term relationships with over the years.

Before shipping, each horse goes through a detailed preparation process to ensure comfort and safety during travel. A health certificate is obtained from a licensed veterinarian, which may take a few days to complete. During this time, horses are supported with proper care, including supplements and hydration, and are kept in a clean, private paddock or stall. Every horse is carefully groomed and fully prepared before departure to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Transport costs typically start at $650 and may vary depending on several factors such as distance to the delivery location, number of horses being transported, desired delivery timeframe, and whether private or individual transport is requested. Complimentary shipping may be available with the purchase of three or more horses. Cactus Trail Ranch works closely with trusted transport partners to arrange the most efficient and suitable shipping option based on each buyer’s needs.
