Thank you for your interest in the horses and ponies at Cactus Trail Ranch. We look forward to helping you find the right partner that fits your riding goals, lifestyle, and level of experience. Due to strong demand, we receive a high volume of inquiries and requests to visit the ranch.

Viewing Appointments

Appointments are limited and reserved for serious buyers. Our horses tend to sell quickly, so if you are interested in a specific horse, we recommend placing a refundable deposit to secure it. To better manage scheduling and ensure availability, a 40% refundable deposit is required before confirming an appointment. This deposit can be applied toward another horse if you choose a different one, and it is fully refundable if the horse is not a suitable match when you arrive. Horses are only held or taken off the market once both a deposit and a signed agreement are completed.

Payment Options

We aim to provide flexible and convenient payment methods:
Preferred methods include bank wire transfer and cash.
We also accept Zelle, Chime, and Apple Pay.
Cryptocurrency payments such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC are accepted.
Personal checks are accepted, however horses will be held for two weeks until the check clears before pickup.
Cashier’s checks and money orders are not accepted.

Once you select a horse or pony, we will send a sale agreement for your review and signature. Most buyers choose bank wire transfer as it is secure, efficient, and allows us to begin shipping arrangements without delay.

Our Commitment

At Cactus Trail Ranch, we are committed to matching each rider with the right horse. In the rare situation that a horse is not the right fit, we will work with you to find a solution. Within the first 90 days, we offer the option of a full refund or a suitable replacement based on your preference.

Cactus Trail Ranch is a private facility, and all visits are by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
